Michelle Wright

Michelle Wright is the founder of Certus Consulting and the former Chief Human Resources Officer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. She is the mother of a 34-year-old son with profound autism. Her professional expertise in organizational leadership, workforce development, and human capital strategy is paired with more than three decades of lived experience navigating a system that has consistently underserved the population it claims to support.
